Six documents, and which one applies depends on what you are doing with us.

If you are a business we keep books for

• Client Standing Terms — the terms that go with every engagement letter, so the letter itself stays one page.
• Terms of Service — this website and our consulting and accounting services.
• Consulting Engagement Agreement — paid one-off sessions.
• Privacy Policy — what we collect, why, who else touches it and for how long.

If you are an accounting firm licensing Voice Confirmations

• Voice Confirmations Terms of Service — the agreement between your firm and us.
• Data Processing Agreement — how we handle your clients' data on your instructions, including sub-processors, retention, and what happens if something goes wrong.
• Privacy Policy — the same policy, read from the other side.

If you are a client answering your accountant's weekly email you have no agreement with us, and you do not need one. Your accountant decides what is collected and why; we only act on their instructions. The Privacy Policy explains what happens to your answer, and anything you want changed or deleted goes through your accountant.
